ABIL - Aisa Beauty International League

Lower Executive Organization under Quadrilateral Governance

Quadrilateral Governance Structure Explanation (IQA as Primary)

ABIL Asia Beauty International League adopts a unique "Quadrilateral Collaborative Governance" (IQA CBC KBeauty Alexa). Four regional professional organizations form the upper management structure, jointly managing the single ABIL executive organization.

IQA Leadership Position

Hong Kong IQA, as an international qualifications assessment authority, holds the primary position in quadrilateral governance, responsible for leading international standard establishment and quality control, ensuring the global credibility of ABIL certifications.

Sequential Collaboration Mechanism

The four organizations participate in decision-making processes in fixed order: IQA proposes standard frameworks, CBC perfects certification systems, KBeauty injects innovation trends, and Alexa promotes regional implementation.

Clearly Defined Executive Structure

Upper management organizations are responsible for strategic decision-making and supervision, while lower ABIL serves as the sole executive organization, responsible for implementing alliance policies, project operations, and member services.

Cyclical Complementary Governance Model

The quadrilateral order forms a complete management cycle where each organization's strengths complement others, ensuring balanced development of ABIL across four dimensions: standards, education, innovation, and market.
