Since 2005, Pauly has been dedicated to the beauty and education industry, accumulating over 20 years of rich practical, teaching, and judging experience. From retail basics and international certification treatments to semi-permanent makeup, instructor training, and curriculum design, she continuously pursues further education and has obtained numerous local and international qualifications, including ITEC, City & Guilds, VTCT, and Hong Kong Qualifications Framework Level 4 courses.

Technically, she specializes in skin care, optical equipment, semi-permanent makeup, scar and dark circle coverage, keratin lashes, and more. She serves as an international competition judge, head judge, and president of international academic conference organizing committees, and has received awards such as "Outstanding Beauty Instructor," "Beauty Entrepreneur Award," and "Global Top 100 Influencer."

Since founding her beauty salon HAPPY SHOPPING GARDEN in 2016, she has received the "Excellent Professional Beauty Salon" accolade for consecutive years, and since 2023, she has been the brand distributor for the keratin lash brand The LASHES PRO.

In recent years, she has actively promoted beauty education and Qualifications Framework courses, dedicated to nurturing the next generation of professionals. In addition to operating HAPPY SHOPPING GARDEN, she serves as a beauty teaching and training course instructor at LBEDU Shining Beauty International Education & Training Academy, Founding President of the International Qualifications Alliance (IQA), and Hong Kong President of the Asian Beauty International League (ABIL).
